An absolutely beautiful antique Bohemian Czech long necklace, with matching drop earrings. Hand-crafted in the old Kingdom of Bohemia. The long oval shaped beads are a lovely vibrant shade of green, with white swirls and pretty pink roses. The transparent green bugle beads look almost like foil glass and shimmer in the light. The earrings have brand new 14ct gold filled hooks (far superior to gold plated). The hooks are designed to fit securely, allowing you to showcase these stunning earrings without worrying about them slipping off.
The necklace is such an elegant length – not too long and not too short. Long enough to go over the head without undoing the clasp on many ladies.
One of the bugle beads on the necklace has a slight chip at the end where the wire goes through (please see penultimate photo). This often happens with wired beads. It’s near the clasp and isn’t noticeable unless really scrutinising and is mentioned for the sake of accuracy. The necklace fastens with a screw barrel clasp.
Necklace measures: 24.5″ or 62.5cm
Each earring measures approx: 2.5” or 6.5cm drop (including the ear hooks)
The long beads measure approximately: 20.5mm – 23.5mm
