An absolutely adorable Antique Art Deco miniature porcelain pansy, or viola, hand-made and hand-painted sterling silver stick pin. The silver has a nice dark aged patina. It is not stamped, which was normal at the time for a small lightweight article, but has been tested. As is invariably the case with these old porcelain pieces, there are several small chips to the petals, but I don’t think this detracts from its immense charm and it is still very wearable.
Small miniature size. Measures just shy of: 1.75” or 4.2cm length
The pansy measures: 2cm across
