A fabulous vintage Art Deco diamond paste clear rhinestone floral spray posy brooch. The brooch is comprised of four pretty daisy-like flowers, with foliage. Some of the settings are old cup settings with pointed backs, which shows this is an earlier piece. All of the stones are present and original to the piece. One or two have darkened slightly with age, which is inevitable, but it is still beautiful and you barely notice this.
The brooch is rhodium plated – a metal of the platinum family, which was used on high end costume jewellery to prevent tarnishing. It fastens with a rollover safety catch on the reverse. Unsigned, but a top quality eye-catching piece.
Measures approximately : 2.75″ x 1.75″ or 7cm x 4.5cm
