A very charming vintage Art Deco style hexagonal wooden jewellery/trinket box, with decorative painted violets and lacquer. Absolutely perfect for a Country Cottage. The box is green baize lined. I am not sure of the age, but the style is very Art deco and it does have quite a bit of age to it. The only thing worth mentioning is that there is a very small hole in the back, measuring about 6mm in length (please see final photo) but this must have been present when the box was made. This very small imperfection does not detract in any way from its immense charm.
Measures approximately: 5.5″ diameter x 2.2″ depth
