A beautiful pair of hand-crafted solid silver Banjara Tribal star shaped earrings, with natural red coral. Artisan made one-of-a-kind original vintage pieces from Rajasthan, Northern India. The earrings are not stamped (they were made before stamping became a legal requirement) but they are solid silver, probably not quite as high a grade as sterling. The silver has a wonderful aged patina, so I haven’t polished them, but I am sure they would polish up beautifully. I think they look lovely as they are, so I will leave it to the new owner to decide. The ear wires were missing, so they have been replaced with brand new, old style, Sterling Silver ear wires, stamped 925. They are now raring to go!
Each Star Measures: 1 1/8” or 36mm diameter
The drop, including the wires: 1 ¾” or 4.5cm
