A breathtaking mid-century triple strand glass necklace, signed ‘M. West Germany’, on the hook. The necklace is made up of some hand-made Venetian Murano clear sommerso beads, with sparkling bronze aventurine, along with ruby red aurora borealis beads (which remind me very much of dragon’s breath). Along with peacock blue/purple aurora borealis beads and faux glass pearls, all wired together. It really is a feast for the eyes, particularly when it catches the light! This necklace exudes the glamour and sophistication of times gone by.
Some of the glass pearls have surface wear commensurate with age and use, but you really don’t notice this unless scrutinising, not when wearing. The necklace fastens with a shepherd’s hook clasp and has an extender for extra versatility.
Everything is ALL ORIGINAL.

The longer strand measures: 22.5″ or 57.5cm
